This oak newel cladding kit provides the perfect, seamless finish to your newels, creating an appealing effect that really enhances your staircase and hallway. When finished, this cladding looks stunning with a new glass or timber balustrade and it's durable and hardwearing finish means it could last a lifetime.
Available to fit a variety of different existing newel sizes, this complete kit is quick and easy to install and can be added to almost any standard staircase to give the impression of a solid oak staircase.
All stair parts in this kit are supplied pre-sanded, unfinished.

Dimensions
Newel Cap:
Size supplied to suit the new newel post dimensions.
Newel Cladding:
1.5m length
Each length of cladding is 14mm thick, made up of 3.2mm A-grade oak veneer to both sides, with a 7.6mm pine core for added rigidity. This adds an additional 28mm onto the overall dimensions of the newel post, creating a substantial post.
