We have unveiled our brand new trade counter which will be a one-stop shop for customers who need stair parts.
The decision to open this walk in counter came after the online shop proved so popular, we had no choice but to meet the huge demand.
Director of StairBox, Alex Hancock said: "We always keep the customers in mind, so we wanted to give them access to everything they need. We don’t only manufacture new staircases and windows but also parts for people who are renovating.
"We have people visiting the showroom from across the country, as far as Southampton, and a lot of people come in here for bits and bobs so we made the decision to accommodate them."
Customers can pick up anything from newel cladding, to chrome clamps and even hardwax oil.
Alex added: "We saw a demand for stair parts online so we opened the online shop. People wanted things like spindles and handles so once we made them readily available we saw a huge demand come in.
"The trade counter should hopefully encourage people to come in and while they’re here they can look around the showroom. Someone is always on hand to help and advise a customer, they are always welcome."
The local MP Jack Brereton for Stoke-on-Trent South took the time out of his day to launch the trade counter. He added: "Manufacturing in the city has been doing well recently, with growth above national averages. It’s fantastic to see local businesses like Stairbox doing so well and supporting important local jobs. We’re renowned locally for the high standards of products we produce and the range of industries calling Stoke-on-Trent their home continues to increase."
The launch of the trade counter is yet another string to our bow. We’ve recently expanded with sister company Wooden Windows with a 30,000sq ft extension to help meet the continuous growth in orders.
