Delivery and Collection Service
When placing your order online or over the phone, you can choose whether you would like us to deliver it to site or have it ready for collection.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery/collection date. You will be kept up-to-date with delivery of your order via text and email.
On the day of delivery, you will be able to track the progress of your order using our Delivery Tracker tool.
7-10 day Turnaround on Staircases
Average lead times are as follows. Please be aware that these may extend during busy periods.
- Staircases: 7-10 working days
- Stair Glass: 7-12 working days
- Stair Parts: 3-5 working days *
Selected stair parts available same day or next day when you collect from our Trade Counter.
* Please note, larger stair parts are delivered by our own fleet rather than a courier and so delivery for these parts may be slightly longer.
Nationwide Delivery Service
Delivery to home or site in as little as 7-10 days.
We provide Nationwide delivery on all staircases and stair parts. Standard delivery times are 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.
